Lose Weight WITHOUT Dieting: Tip #88: Download Healthy Breakfast Recipes

Some time ago, back when I launched my series of Lose Weight WITHOUT Dieting tips, I suggested you eat breakfast every day (Tip #6). That’s because eating a healthy breakfast within two hours of waking each morning will boost your metabolism (the rate at which you burn calories while at rest) and reduce your hunger. Studies have consistently shown that people who skip breakfast are far more likely to overeat later in the day. I also stressed that breakfast does not have to consist of traditional cuisine such as cereal, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles but can include non-breakfast food such as pasta, chicken, vegetables, fruit and fish. To make this process easier, download breakfast recipes from the Internet. Simply type “healthy breakfast recipes” in your favorite Internet search engine and it will return sites like Cooking Light, Eating Well, The Food Network, Smart Balance, All Recipes, Delish, Real Simple and The Cooking Channel. What’s nice is you will get a diverse array of easy-to-prepare meals such as a breakfast parfait, breakfast burritos and tacos, whole wheat waffles, blueberry buckwheat pancakes, egg and salmon sandwiches, cherry vanilla oatmeal, carrot muffins, smoothies and much more. Of course, you need not limit your search to breakfast fare. You can find easy-to-prepare, healthy recipes for any meal.
