Cycle Log: Recovery Phase Week 2

This is the second of three weeks of my Recovery Phase (I have decided to start my Endurance Phase on October 1).  Now that the race season has ended, I am enjoying some time off with just a few easy spins each week.

Like last week, I did three easy Active Recovery rides on the stationary bike.  I also did 30-minutes of strength training on Wednesday and took the weekend off (I took my family to see The Odd Life of Timothy Green – we really enjoyed it).  I have one more easy week coming up.  As always, I’ll let you know how it goes.  Have a great week!
