Cycle Log: Recovery Phase

This is the first week of my two week Recovery Phase.  The race season has ended and I will spend two weeks resting and recuperating from more than seven months of racing and training.

I did exactly what I wanted to do this week; three easy Active Recovery rides on the stationary bike.  I also did 30-minutes of strength training on Thursday.  I have another easy week coming up.  As always, I’ll let you know how it goes.  Have a great week!
