New Article: 2 Tips for Cycling in the Heat

I just published another article at Active.com titled 2 Tips for Cycling in the Heat.  The article is geared toward cyclists and multisport athletes, and describes two steps you can take to improve your performance in hot and humid conditions: heat acclimatization and hydration.  It also offers a variety of tips you can use to successfully acclimate to hot weather and to hydrate more effectively.  As always, I hope you find it helpful!
