Lose Weight WITHOUT Dieting: Tip #62 – Improve Your Line of Sight

Take a walk around your kitchen.  What do you see?  If you see doughnuts, candy, muffins and other less healthy treats, you need to improve your line of sight.  Now open your refrigerator.  What’s the first item that grabs your attention?  Is it a healthy meal or snack?  If not, then once again, you need to improve your line of sight.  When you are hungry, you’ll want to eat the first tasty morsel you lay your eyes on so make sure it is a healthy treat.  One way to improve your line of sight is to purchase your unhealthy foods one at a time.  For example, if you like doughnuts, just buy one and forgo the box of doughnut holes!  The same goes for ice cream.  Instead of purchasing a gallon container, just buy a scoop or two of your favorite flavor when the mood arises.  This will prevent you from overindulging on unhealthy treats.
