10 Quick Tips for a Healthy 2012 – #6: Find a New Food

You should really like this tip!  You get to search for a new food.  Select a fruit, vegetable or other healthy food item to add to your daily eating regimen.  Try something you have never eaten before to see if you like it.  Your only limitation is to make sure it is a reasonably healthy food choice.  Use this diet addition to replace one of your less healthy food items.  The best part of this tip is that it does not require a major change in your eating habits.  You just make one simple food swap, which can have a profound impact on your long-term weight and health.
