Lose Weight WITHOUT Dieting: Tip #57 – Have You Considered Boot Camp?

Boot camps are a strenuous, yet popular form of exercise and athletic training.  As the name suggests, boot camp workouts are inspired by the hard physical training performed by soldiers in the military.  There are many different boot camp classes; however most emphasize a full-body workout (i.e., both cardiovascular and strength training) by employing a diverse array of exercises performed one after another with little or no rest in-between.  Boot camp classes offer a great chance to burn lots of calories in a relatively short period of time.  You can also have a lot of fun while getting a fantastic workout.  Of course, boot camp is not for everyone and I strongly advise against beginning your fitness journey with a boot camp experience. However, if you are in good physical condition and are looking to take your exercise experience to the next level, boot camp may be just the exercise class you need.
