10 Quick Tips for a Healthy 2012 – #3: Find an Exercise Class

A good way to exercise, develop new friendships, and have a lot of fun is through group exercise classes.  There are a wide variety of sessions offered through fitness centers, spas and community organizations such as your local YMCA. These sessions include spinning classes, low and high impact aerobic sessions, strength training classes, yoga and Pilates classes, and much more.  Just make sure you find the appropriate class for your current level of fitness and experience.  Many group exercise classes provide beginner, intermediate and advance options so you should be able to find a good fit.
