Lose Weight WITHOUT Dieting: Tip #51 – Join a Group Exercise Class

A good way to exercise, develop new friendships, and have a lot of fun is through group exercise classes.  There are a wide variety of sessions offered by fitness centers, spas and community organizations.  These include spinning classes, low and high impact aerobic sessions, strength training classes, yoga sessions and Pilates classes.  Just make sure you start with a beginner’s class and bring a friend!
