Lose Weight WITHOUT Dieting: Tip #50 – Exercise with Friends and Family

Everyone knows that exercising is a great way to lose weight.  However, if you have not been an exerciser for most of your life, it can be quite difficult to start and maintain a formal exercise program.  A good way to increase your chances for success is to exercise with a friend or family member.  You’re much more likely to stick with it if you have someone to share the experience with.  Just make sure you participate in activities that both of you enjoy.
