Lose Weight WITHOUT Dieting: Tip #45 – Go For a 30-Minute Walk

This tip is simple and easy-to-do.  Walking is a great aerobic exercise, especially if you have been physically inactive for a while.  You can walk almost anywhere at any time, and you don’t have to go for one 30-minute walk.  Three 10-minute walks at different times during the day will work just as well.  All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes!
