Lose Weight WITHOUT Dieting: Tip #43 – Identify A Fun Activity

For my first 42 weight loss tips, I provided suggestions such as eating breakfast every day, packing a lunch and using a shopping list when you go the grocery store.  Until now, I haven’t offered any exercise-focused tips.  Well, here is my first one.  Identify one activity or exercise you enjoy and do it every day.  It doesn’t matter what it is as long as it gets you moving.   Activities such as walking, jogging, cycling, skating, rollerblading, tennis and golf will enhance your overall fitness and health.  They will also burn calories, which is significant when you are trying to lose weight.  The key is to pick something you really enjoy so you look forward to doing it on a regular basis.
