Lose Weight WITHOUT Dieting: Tip #39 – Shop on the Perimeter of the Store

The next time you go food shopping, take a close look at how the market is laid out.  You will notice that natural foods such as fruits, vegetables and dairy products are on the outside perimeter, while most processed foods are in the interior of the store.  Spend the majority of your time on the market’s perimeter and you will eat a more healthy diet.
