Lose Weight WITHOUT Dieting: Tip #38 – Use a Shopping List

Many of our dietary problems begin at the grocery store.  One way to avoid these problems is to determine in advance, exactly what you will buy at the market.  Divide your list into several categories including fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy and grains.  You should also include a few nutritious snacks and maybe one not-so-nutritious treat (for me, it’s cupcakes with butter cream icing).  This will help you select the most wholesome foods.  It will also help you better manage your food budget.  Most importantly, a shopping list will reduce your chances of buying a lot of unhealthy junk!
