Lose Weight WITHOUT Dieting: Tip #37 – Shop for Food on a Full Stomach

Going to a grocery store on an empty stomach is a recipe for impulse buying.  Because you are hungry, everything is going to look appetizing.  Especially those sweets and snacks that you want to keep to a minimum.  Therefore, always shop immediately following a meal when you are feeling full and satisfied.
