High Impact Cycling Workout # 16 – Time Trials (Cadence)

Today’s workout is very similar to the workout I described in my last post (Time Trials).  The only difference is that with this training session, you will be spinning a higher cadence in a lower gear.  Therefore, in addition to improving your power at lactate threshold, this workout will help you will increase your ability to pedal at a high cadence.  Click below to download the workout.
