High Impact Cycling Workout #1 – Steady Spinning

  As advertised, I am posting the first in a series of cycling workouts you can download to your computer!  This workout, entitled Steady Spinning, will help you improve your aerobic endurance.  Pay close attention to the gearing and cadence suggestions.  This is designed to be a low to moderate intensity session.  You should be able to talk while performing this workout.  Don’t push too hard!  It is also designed to help you improve your neuromuscular coordination so keep your cadence high (at least 90 rpm).  Click below to download the workout.  Happy spinning!
