Dr. Tyrone A. Holmes, Ed.D, LPC, CPT, is a cycling and fitness coach.  He is also a dynamic speaker, author, trainer, consultant and competitive cyclist.  He received his Bachelors degree in Rehabilitation Education and Masters Degree in Counselor Education from the Pennsylvania State University.  Dr. Holmes received a second Masters degree in Business Management from the State University of New York before earning a perfect 4.0 GPA in his Counselor Education doctoral program at Penn State.  He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan, and is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the recognized industry leader in trainer certification.  Dr. Holmes is also certified as a Level 2 (Expert) cycling coach through USA Cycling.  He is the owner of Holmes Fitness Coaching, where he offers a variety of services designed to enhance individual and organizational performance:
