Boredom is a common reason exercise programs fail. One way to overcome this problem is to exercise with friends. This provides several benefits including a sense of camaraderie, a positive social experience and the ability to push each other to higher levels of performance. Of course, you have to find a form of exercise that you both enjoy. Try selecting a diverse array of activities such as walking, running, hiking, skating and bike riding. This will keep your exercise sessions fresh and appeal to a variety of interests.
