Today’s Pyramid Interval workout, Constant Gearing, is basically the opposite of the last workout I posted, Constant Cadence. Instead of shifting gears while maintaining the same cadence throughout the hard effort, you stay in the same gear while changing cadence. What both workouts have in common is the suffering! You will really work hard during this session. But remember, these are the types of workouts that significantly improve your cycling performance! Click below to download the workout.
